Job summary

Fidelity Investments in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights in the LRC group to collaborate with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal and data providers. You will define business questions, identify data sources, collect data, perform advanced analytics, and share findings to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes building automated workflows, developing BI reports and visualizations, and delivering actionable insights across Fidelity’s enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics or technical field
7+ years of experience in data and analytics
Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R
Experience with structured and unstructured data to identify insights
Experience building BI reports and visualizations (Power BI or Tableau)
Knowledge of ETL tools and processes (Alteryx, Informatica)
Strong communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Security contexts

Responsibilities

Define the business question or hypothesis and identify data sources
Collect data, perform advanced analytics, and share findings
Develop data-driven solutions for firm-wide use and respond to ad-hoc inquiries
Collaborate with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal and data providers to uncover insights
