Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights within the LRC group to partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, and data providers. You will define business questions, identify data sources, perform advanced analytics, and deliver data-driven solutions for enterprise use.
You will leverage SQL, Python, and BI tools to build insights, reports, and visualizations, communicating results clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
In your role as Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights within Fidelity’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) group, you will work closely with Fidelity’s Risk team, as well as Audit, Compliance, Legal, and GSI teams. You will also collaborate with customer-facing business units and key data providers to identify areas where data uncovers risk insights. You will participate in every stage of a data analytics project, beginning with defining the business question or hypothesis. You will pinpoint appropriate data sources, collect the necessary data, perform advanced analytics, and share the findings. You will apply data to respond to ad-hoc inquiries and develop data-driven solutions for firm-wide use.

The Team
The Data Science, Analytics, and Alts team sits within the broader FI and Quantitative Risk organization. We operate across a diverse set of functions, including analytics, technology, program delivery, and strategy, to provide insight and solutions that help identify, measure, and manage risk.
We partner closely with teams across Risk, the CFO organization, and other business units to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions. Our team is focused on outcomes and value, with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency, enabling better decision-making, and advancing the use of data and technology across the firm.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
