Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights within the LRC group to partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, and data providers. You will define business questions, identify data sources, perform advanced analytics, and deliver data-driven solutions for enterprise use.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and BI tools to build insights, reports, and visualizations, communicating results clearly to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics/tech field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics and data science.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
• Experience building BI reports and visualizations with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong ability to define use cases and solve complex problems.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Legal, and GSI teams to uncover insights.
• Lead data analytics projects from business questions to data sources and collection.
• Develop data-driven solutions for firm-wide use.
• Create BI reports and visualizations to support decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes.
