Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a single source of truth by consolidating data from ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.
• Build dashboards and KPI tools using Power BI and Excel for senior leadership.
• Clean, validate, and structure data for accuracy and reliability.
• Extract and query data from ERP, CRM, and internal databases using SQL.
• Translate business needs into structured data requirements and reporting outputs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support automation of reporting.
• Lead exploration and adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Act as internal liaison for outsourced IT support, including onboarding, access setup, and ticket coordination.
