Kiteworks is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to scale our data platform, from raw telemetry to executive dashboards. You will lead data engineers and analysts, shape technical direction, and unblock the team while shipping high-impact solutions.

This builder role balances day-to-day delivery with turning data into a trusted, governed asset for the whole organization. You’ll partner across product, finance, sales, and operations.

Qualificações

• 6–10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or BI, including 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven experience designing data pipelines and telemetry ingestion in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on with modern data stack tooling incl. SQL, cloud data warehouses, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with BI tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and governance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and data analysts.
• Design, operate and scale ingestion/ transformation pipelines.
• Own architecture, modeling, and cost/performance of the data warehouse.
• Evolve telemetry ingestion and event pipelines for analytics.
