Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Support Analyst in Atlanta to optimize financial systems and user support, with a focus on Fulcrum. You will collaborate with finance, IT, attorneys, staff, vendors, and leadership to understand business needs and implement practical solutions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to improve processes across accounting, billing, reporting, and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional work experience in a similar financial systems, business systems analysis, or systems improvement role.
• Experience analyzing, supporting, and improving financial, practice management, billing, accounting, or related business applications.
• Experience evaluating user issues, analyzing workflows, documenting business requirements, and coordinating with IT or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as data custodian for firm practice management and financial systems.
• Serve as liaison between finance, IT, attorneys, staff, vendors, and leadership to evaluate business needs and recommend solutions.
• Analyze, support, and maintain Fulcrum and related financial, practice management, and reporting applications.
• Evaluate user-reported issues and determine root causes across configuration, access, permissions, and data quality.
• Generate and write reports using SQL queries, Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to end users on system usage and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for software processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to resolve software issues and test proposals.
