Job summary

A logistics company in Jeffersonville is looking for a candidate to handle day-to-day IT operations and manage customer account activities. The role involves interfacing with various departments to identify and communicate requirements, manage complex solutions, and support new implementations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with SQL experience, are desired. This position operates on a 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Overview

This role is responsible for the day to day operational activities, Tier 1 IT tickets, and customer account activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory monitoring, & project management activities). The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management to support the national wireless customer. An ideal candidate models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the customer, commercial organization, IT resources and internal support functions
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate functional and technical requirements to the appropriate cross-functional organizations
• Manage moderately to highly complex solutions; to support the organization and project management activities
• Support the implementation and execution of proposed/new solutions for key development
• Maintain daily open communications with IT and operations
• Maintain email communications and timely responses to our customer

Qualifications

• Detailed data mining and manipulation (SQL experience requested)
• Moderate to expert user of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
