Job summary

Envocore, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst for Utility Meters in Birmingham, FL. The role focuses on validating the quality, accuracy, and completeness of meter installations by reviewing photo records, system data, and daily exceptions.

You will perform high-volume QC/QA on work orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with Operations, Data, and Support to ensure timely corrections, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the utility meter exchange industry, quality control, data review or work order management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to interpret photo documentation and system data.
  • Effective communication and cross team coordination skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet high-volume daily targets.
  • Accurately keystrokes a minimum of 65 wpm.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes received data and source documents; identifies data to be entered.
  • Interfaces with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
  • Enters data in alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic form into computer following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Proofs data entered against source documents; makes necessary corrections.
  • Organizes and records work completed.
  • Receives and reviews error reports on a regular basis; makes corrections as needed.
  • Follows established guidelines or staff requirements to appropriately handle source documents; files, distributes, or returns source documents after data has been entered.
  • Responds to staff members inquiries regarding data entered or source documents.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Our company designs and installs projects for a wide range of Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Medical, Institutional and Retail facilities across the United States.

SUMMARY: The Data Analyst is responsible for validating the quality, accuracy, and completeness of utility meter installations by reviewing photo documentation, system records, and daily data exceptions. This role performs high‑volume quality control (QC/QA) reviews of assigned work orders, identifies installation and data discrepancies, and ensures timely correction through coordination with Operations, Data, and Support teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent application of quality standards, and the ability to manage a high workload across multiple utility projects.
