Tenable is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. You will turn operational and customer data into actionable reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.

You will work with sales compensation and other teams to gather requirements, document specs, and build user-friendly data assets. Your work includes writing SQL views and building dashboards in Databricks, with emphasis on context engineering via metadata and descriptions to improve data discoverability for AI

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a BI, reporting, or data analyst role.
• Proficiency with SQL (selects, joins, aggregations, filtering).
• Experience building dashboards with Databricks dashboards, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Responsibilities

• Write SQL views and build dashboards in Databricks.
• Add context with metadata and descriptions to tables, views and columns.
• Validate report accuracy and monitor data quality; document reporting logic.
• Collaborate with internal business teams to gather requirements.
