Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; 1–3 years analytics experience.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, joining, aggregation, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and pipeline management from internal databases, cloud platforms, and external APIs.
• Exploratory data analysis to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Dashboarding and reporting with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to prepare clean datasets.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure data quality and governance across systems.
