Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience building reports/dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Python or R for analysis.
• Ability to own analysis from question to delivered answer.

Responsibilities

• Translate program data into trusted numbers with documented business rules.
• Build recurring dashboards and reports with clear provenance.
• Ensure data quality with validation and audit trails.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
