Job summary

Acadia is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze data, build insights, and drive decision-making across client projects. You will write SQL to extract and validate data from large datasets, and support analytics workflows using Snowflake or BigQuery.

You will design automation with AI tools, communicate findings to stakeholders, and investigate root causes behind metric movements. Fluency in English and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of analytics experience in agency/consulting/retail/e-commerce/tech.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, CTEs, window functions, debugging on large datasets.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with high accuracy.
• Experience automating analytics with AI tools and validating results.
• Solid understanding of distributions, correlation vs causation, significance.
