Job summary

Garner Health is seeking an AI-Native Senior Data Analyst to join our Reporting team in New York City. You will own client-facing analysis end-to-end, build scalable report automation, and partner with relationship managers to deliver impactful insights.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics or BI, strong SQL and Snowflake/dbt experience, and a collaboration-driven mindset. Office-based 3 days a week in NYC (Tue-Thu) with equity/benefits and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or a similar data-centric role.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Autonomy and ownership of reporting projects end-to-end.
• Automation mindset with bias toward scalable solutions.
• Comfort with AI-enabled analytics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
• Partner with client-facing teams to answer questions via robust reports and presentations.
• Build scalable report automation with the data engineering team.
• Develop deep domain expertise to drive meaningful insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes through analysis.
• Raise the bar on data practices and visualization standards.
• Run deep-dive investigations into high-stakes business problems.
