Allegis Group’s Allegis Corporate Services (ACS) BI Developer will craft dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc tools using a modern data stack to deliver enterprise-wide insights. The role emphasizes building scalable data models in Snowflake, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Two+ years of experience developing BI, analytics, data, or reporting solutions or demonstrated equivalent through projects.
• Experience using modern AI-assisted development tools (Snowflake Cortex, Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, Microsoft Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to BI solutions through full delivery lifecycle: requirements, data modeling, visualization, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Build scalable, reusable data models using Snowflake SQL.
• Ensure high data quality with automated validation and discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and document QA processes, including automated testing.
• Integrate AI into workflows to enhance analytics and reporting.
