Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Data Analyst for Spotlight Listing to own the measurement engine for a live product line, including KPIs, dashboards, and instrumentation. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive commercial decisions and measurable product impact.

You will design the canonical performance framework, build the inventory capacity model, lead experiments for pricing and renewal interventions, and own revenue reporting end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Own a product's measurement framework end-to-end, including KPIs and instrumentation.
• Demonstrate ability to translate analytic findings into commercial decisions with revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the canonical performance measurement framework for Spotlight Listings—defining KPIs and dashboards.
• Build and maintain the inventory capacity model and partner with Sales to operationalize limits in Salesforce.
• Lead experimental design for SPL pricing, packaging, and renewal interventions with adequate statistical power.
• Own SPL revenue and activation reporting end-to-end: weekly leadership pacing and monthly FP&A inputs.
