Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Data Analyst, Service & Repair in Danvers, MA to collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and customer data. You will help improve service performance, repair efficiency, and resource utilization while collaborating with Service Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Leadership teams.

You’ll develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and identify trends to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, finance, information systems, operations management, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data visualization.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, Python and database querying.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service and repair operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Monitor KPIs including turnaround time, productivity, first-time fix rate, backlog, customer satisfaction, and equipment uptime.
• Analyze technician performance, labor utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting and capacity planning by evaluating service demand trends and workload distribution.
• Identify root causes of service delays, quality issues, and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, reporting processes, and business performance.
• Validate, clean, and maintain large datasets from ERP, CRM, Salesforce, and operational systems.
• Perform financial analysis related to labor costs, repair expenses, service contracts, and profitability.
• Track SLA compliance and customer performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data modeling, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
