DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. is seeking a Property Management Analyst II to analyze property accountability operations and asset records, supporting audit readiness and compliance reviews.

You will develop reports and presentations to aid management decisions, and help advance SOPs, quality, and risk management across programs. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active SECRET clearance.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze property accountability operations, asset financial records and capital improvement project records.
• Provide analytical support for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness and external compliance reviews.
• Analyze property data and performance metrics; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to the Government.
• Develop program reports, project plans, spreadsheets and presentations to support management decisions.
• Support SOP development, quality management, continuous improvement and risk management within property accountability operations.
