Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Analyze and define complex SAP business systems functions, business processes, and user needs and performs complex functional configuration, testing, and maintenance tasks for assigned SAP business systems modules according to operational and business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs, ensuring alignment between business and production.
Gather and document both technical and non-technical requirements to ensure sufficient details for translating them into user stories, features, and epics.
Act as the key liaison between business teams and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
Active involvement in key Agile ceremonies and drive alignment between business and technical teams during quarterly planning sessions.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience in program increments is a plus.
Experience with competencies and tools like; Skywise (contour, query, Slate, pipeline, Python, MES and Service now)
Experience with backend tools, and working Python, and/or Palantir Foundry (code repositories, scheduling, and data health monitoring).
A background as a Business Analyst is important, with a good understanding of SAP and familiarity with Airbus processes and ecosystem.
Ability to make a PPS topic with clear structure

Salary Range: $70k - $90k

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
