Infor is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst, Principal to join our data governance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing Salesforce (SFDC) account and contact data, ensuring data accuracy, performing account cleanup (merging, deleting), and reviewing impacts to data before making significant updates. Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), and HG Insights (HGI) is a plus.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze and interpret Salesforce (SFDC) data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce (SFDC) system.
- Perform account and contact cleanup tasks, including merging and deleting duplicate or irrelevant accounts.
- Review and assess the potential impacts of significant data updates before implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Continuously improve data quality and implement best practices for data management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and Salesforce (SFDC) functionalities.
Basic Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) data.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and HG Insights (HGI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience with data cleaning, merging, and deleting processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) functionalities and best practices.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
- Experience with Domo, CRM Analytics, or other BI and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.
