The Lead Data Analyst, Clinical Analytics and Reporting should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve and examine and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these programs. The senior analyst will also assist in the creation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate data.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and executes work plans to complete high complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation -- including requirements gathering, designing and building ETL, designing UI, building and testing report.
Utilize multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data in preparation for analysis and/or reporting.
Provide clinical insights and data trends to support and inform a multitude of projects.
Act as a collaborative thought partner and work with stakeholders to understand key priorities that are driving business decisions. Act as a subject matter expert for the data in their domains.
Coach more junior analysts by providing guidance on their portfolio and supporting in their development, as needed.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an analytic/quantitative discipline from an accredited university (e.g. statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science, informatics, etc.) plus at least 6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience and expertise in analytical reporting methods including: data management and cleaning, appropriate data structuring, report requirements, design, and development
Demonstrated advanced skills in SQL and at least one BI reporting platform (e.g. Tableau); Ability and willingness to become proficient in additional platforms/programming language (e.g. Python, Anaplan, etc.) 2-3 years of experience in business, healthcare, analytics, or strategy

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
