  • Be a thought leader and close partner to product - refine ambiguous questions, outline 2nd and 3rd order effects, and generate new hypotheses through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business

  • Direct experimental design: identify parameters, determine success metrics, perform data validation and monitor progress

  • Define how our teams measure success, by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics

  • Regularly present to senior leadership and the product organization on the trends and insights into the changes in the business. This includes the decomposition of the drivers of those changes and recommendations on actions to improve marketplace performance.

  • Design and build best-in-class self-service dashboards using a mixture of analytical and visualization techniques to influence business and product decisions

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, data engineering, and analytics to build and improve on the availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data logging and data pipelines

You Have:
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs for analytical problems

  • 5+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data

  • 3+ years of quant analysis and analyzing A/B/n and multivariate experiments

  • 1+ year of coding in Python or R

  • Advanced knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau

  • Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and an ability to operate autonomously

  • Ability to narrate insights for complex problems to non-technical audiences from frontline operators up to and including executives

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in two-sided marketplaces, operations, and/or healthcare

  • Project management experience

  • Model development and training (Predictive Modeling)

  • DBT, airflow, and Databricks experience

  • Experience operating cross-functionally with globally distributed teams

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats
