Evoke-Research-and-Con in Washington, DC is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting IT data metrics using a ServiceNow-based application, with collaboration across clients and project teams to gather requirements and build data models and dashboards.

Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and be proficient in M365, ServiceNow, Jira, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum, with strong presentation and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report metrics on enterprise IT data using a custom ServiceNow application
• Work with clients and the project team to gather requirements and build data models, collection strategies, and dashboards in ServiceNow
• Support data projects that enable trend analysis, continuous process improvement, and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and work products (e.g., SOPs, training guides, status reports, PowerPoint briefs)

Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report metrics on enterprise IT data using a custom ServiceNow application
• Work with clients and the project team to gather requirements and build data models, collection strategies, and dashboards in ServiceNow

Education and Years of Experience

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Requires the following qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency with M365 – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power Apps
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira
  • Experience in:
    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Agile/Scrum
    • Requirements gathering, validation, and testing
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable tasks while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
