Due to growth, we are hiring a Data Analyst at MDLinx.

Job Description

The Data Analyst will analyze behavioral data, campaign performance metrics, and engagement signals to generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategy, audience growth, and product innovation. You will collaborate with product, marketing, data science, and client services teams to support decision-making with accurate and timely analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior data to understand physician engagement across content types, campaigns, and channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs related to engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation across audiences.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses into campaign effectiveness, user segmentation, and conversion trends.
  • Support A/B testing by analyzing results, identifying insights, and recommending optimizations.
  • Assist in building behavioral models and attribution frameworks with the data science team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, interpret findings, and support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across marketing technology platforms.
  • Present findings clearly and visually to non-technical audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality and analytics processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles (internships/co-ops included)
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Basic understanding of dbt for data transformations
  • Experience with marketing platforms like Segment or Iterable is a plus
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Basic web technologies and analytics understanding
  • Healthcare marketing knowledge or industry exposure is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels beneficial
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Attention to detail, ownership, creativity, curiosity, empathy in data storytelling
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills for deadlines and shifting priorities
