What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze user behavior data to understand physician engagement across various content types and campaigns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to audience engagement and campaign performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign effectiveness, user segmentation, and conversion trends
- Support A/B testing initiatives by analyzing results and recommending optimizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and support strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to Segment, Iterable, or similar marketing platforms
- Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Basic understanding of web technologies and web analytics
