As a Global Security Operations Center Analyst, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with coworkers on all shifts, in a fast paced office environment.

• Schedule: Full time, 3rd Shift, 12:00AM-8:00AM. Rotating days off.

Responsibilities Of a GSOC Analyst

• Real Time Monitoring - Continuously monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms
• Incident Response - Identify, assess and respond to security incidents, escalating as necessary
• Data Logging and Reporting - Maintain accurate logs of incidents, access policies for employees/visitors
• Threat Analysis - Analyze potential security threats and provide reports to security management
  
  

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• NJ SORA License
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Must be able to onboard (1 day) in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism required
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
