Job summary

Moore is a data-driven CXM company expanding capabilities in analytics for nonprofit clients across education, associations, political, and commercial sectors. The Data Analyst focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to guide strategies and fundraising efforts.

You will develop reports and dashboards, apply SQL/Python skills in a Snowflake environment, and work across channels to provide actionable insights and improved data quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytical experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Familiarity with fundraising metrics and multi-channel marketing preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python; Snowflake knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to inform client strategy.
• Transform data into usable information for Power BI and Excel reports.
• Develop automated data ingestion and transformation procedures.
• Identify trends and patterns to drive decision making.
• Collaborate with the team to deepen knowledge of clients’ programs.
