Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience in BI reporting and analytics with hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in data migration and reconciliation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
• Exposure to automation initiatives and process improvement programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Relevant experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services.
• Understanding of reporting processes, controls, and data governance in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with legacy-to-modern platform migration projects within reporting or analytics functions.

Responsabilités

• Support data migration projects from legacy reporting platforms to modern reporting and analytics systems.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
• Analyze complex datasets and provide insights to support business reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or similar platforms.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and support issue investigation and resolution.
• Communicate findings, risks, and progress clearly to business and technology teams.
