Job summary

Savills in New York seeks an Analyst, Business Intelligence to support capital projects analytics and reporting. You will prepare, validate, and visualize data for client-facing and internal reports using Excel and BI tools, and own recurring dashboards.

You will collaborate with project leadership to gather requirements, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, reconcile data, and contribute to reporting improvements while working in a hybrid model (office Mon-Thu, Fridays remote when possible).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field.
• Strong proficiency building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience owning recurring reports or dashboards in a business or client-facing environment.
• Independent and detail-oriented with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and visualize project data using Excel and reporting tools.
• Build dashboards in Power BI and Tableau and maintain them.
• Own recurring reports and dashboards within established standards.
• Support reporting for budgets, schedules, risks, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and meet deadlines.
• Document data sources, assumptions, and calculations.
