Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, MIS, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAS, SQL, or relational databases is highly desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making with executives and leaders.
• Execute recurring data processing activities: file creation, validation, quality control, report distribution.
• Develop and maintain performance reporting for key business metrics and trends.
• Analyze large datasets to find patterns, trends, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements and conduct analyses for analytical projects; communicate findings clearly.
• Define and improve business processes to enhance data value and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions improving efficiency and reporting.
• Validate changes and initiatives to measure impact and effectiveness.
• Investigate data integrity issues and ensure accuracy of reports and datasets.
• Create and maintain data definitions, validation procedures, and reporting methodologies.
