Job summary

MMDSmart is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and maintain analytical systems for operational insights and informed decision making. You will interact with Business Process Owners to define KPIs, collaborate with developers to source data, and help design the DWH and ETL requirements while validating results.

The role involves creating dashboards in Tableau/Looker/Superset, presenting analytics to customers, and collaborating with teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as Data/BI analyst.
• Understanding the principles of business process analysis, KPI identification.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, Superset).
• Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making.
• Communication with Business Process Owners, identifying KPIs.
• Communicate with development teams to identify data sources, data lifecycle analysis.
• Development of the data storage structure in DWH, setting requirements for the Data Engineer about the ETL process, and checking the results.
• Developing dashboards in analytical platforms.
• Presenting analytical results to customers
