Job summary

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and cross-functional communication. Location is Findlay, OH with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, with a preference in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related.
• 0 to 2 years of experience required. Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches to generate positive business results.
• Exposure to BI self-service tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with data transformation tools such as SQL, ADF, Synapse, Power Query, M, Databricks or similar.
• Ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business partners to deliver analytics and process improvements.
• Models data and preprocesses raw data for reuse across teams.
• Supports analytics data solutions and works with system support to improve data.
• Acquires, cleans, and validates data from various sources.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of large datasets to extract insights.
• Develops models to forecast trends and outcomes.
• Creates dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
