Marathon Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst (Business Operations) in San Antonio, TX to support the Fuels Value Chain West Division with data analytics and actionable insights.

You will interact with field personnel and internal stakeholders, lead forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis, leveraging Excel and PowerBI. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related discipline required or five (5) years of experience in lieu.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Analytics, Pricing, Fuel Marketing Sales, Revenue and Profitability Management, or related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements comprehensive reporting for the assigned business unit from daily to annual comparisons.
• Leads ad-hoc analysis, forecasting, contract analysis, and financial model analysis for marketing field members.
• Supports the field with daily, weekly, and monthly allocation/analysis requests.
• Supports budget and other internal processes as needed.
• Leads sales forecasting, sales reporting, and other analytical data.
• Analyzes profitability of various classes of trade and markets.
