Flexton Inc. in New York is seeking an Associate-level Insight Analyst/ Insights Program Manager/ Data Analyst on a 11-month contract with hybrid onsite requirements (2 days on-site).

The role focuses on diagnosing tool issues using SQL and Python, translating technical concepts for stakeholders, and supporting data visualization and ticketing workflows in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Proficient in SQL and Python to diagnose tool failures and implement fixes.

• Job Title: Insight Analyst/ Insights Program Manager/Data Analyst/
• Duration: 11 months
• Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 hourly (note: pay rate may range from 82% - 100% based on location)
• Location: HYBRID - NYE - Onsite 2 days required

Responsibilities

• Support Tickets 50% of the time with tickets that are technical in nature (approximately 20-40 tickets/week).
• Use Jira for ticketing and issue tracking; work with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc.).
