• Job Title: Insight Analyst/ Insights Program Manager/Data Analyst/
• Duration: 11 months
• Pay Range: $49.21 - $58.05 hourly (note: pay rate may range from 82% - 100% based on location)
• Location: HYBRID - NYE - Onsite 2 days required

Responsibilities

• Support Tickets 50% of the time with tickets that are technical in nature (approximately 20-40 tickets/week).
• Use Jira for ticketing and issue tracking; work with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system (Jira, etc.).
• Explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL and Python to diagnose why tools are failing and implement fixes (SQL and Python are must).
• Work with data visualization tools and manage related data tasks.
• Possess experience in customer service, advertising, and project management (a plus).

Qualifications

• Good SQL and Python; ability to diagnose tool failures and implement fixes.
• Experience with Jira for ticketing and data visualization; familiarity with an Issue Tracking and Resolution system.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in customer service, advertising, and project management is a plus.
