• Familiarity with credit union operations and digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support KPIs and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and data sources.
• Translate business needs into BI requirements and ensure data governance and accuracy.
• Validate data quality and load data into the enterprise data warehouse.
