Credit Union West is seeking a data analyst to enhance member services and operational efficiency. You will perform complex data analysis across business and system processes, producing clear reports and driving automation where possible.

Strong collaboration with multiple departments will be essential to maximize technology value. Ideal candidate has 5-8 years in Information Systems within financial services, with Power-On and SQL skills, and a solid grasp of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of Information Systems experience in financial institution preferred.
• Power-On experience preferred.
• Strong SQL knowledge and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex data analysis on a variety of business and system data; writes reports and automates as needed.
• Collaborates with departments to leverage technology for efficiency and better member experiences.
• Leads project planning, status updates, and multi-department coordination to keep projects moving forward.
