Job summary

The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO/PRE) seeks a Data Analyst to support data asset management, quality, and reporting across PRE. You will collaborate with the Directorate Data Lead to improve data usage and provide insights for leadership and staff.

Responsibilities include developing data management policies, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering dashboards with SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• United States citizen with a bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related experience.
• Proven ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytical methodologies.
• Experience with data governance principles and data management practices.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentations for federal staff.

Responsibilities

• Support data asset management, data quality, and reporting.
• Develop and document data management policies and standards.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and proper usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data needs and KPIs.
