Job summary

Bodwé Group is seeking a BID / Real Property Analyst to design and sustain BI dashboards and data models supporting OTSG/MEDCOM reporting. You will work with the Program Manager and analysts to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of analytical insights.

The role emphasizes Power BI development, KPI creation, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with government stakeholders to support Army real property initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrated BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations.
• Develop KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and analytical visuals aligned with Medical Readiness.
• Utilize Power BI to transform complex datasets into actionable information.
• Collaborate with program managers and data analysts to ensure data integrity.
