Responsibilities

• Analyze health management programs including data collection, validation and outcome measurement.
• Produce reports for senior management and stakeholders using MS-Excel, MS-Access and SQL.
• Create and manage data cleansing and reconciliation processes.
• Perform trend analysis across health care management areas.
• Interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to identify issues.
• Assist with training lower level Data Analysts.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
