Motive is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization. You will build scalable dashboards, deliver analytics, and enable data-driven decisions. You will partner with Customer Support, Product, Services and Sales Engineering to translate business needs into data requirements and insights.

Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce analytics, HEX/Retool, and Python/R is required. You will ensure KPI visibility and drive cross-functional reporting initiatives in a fast-paced

Competenze

5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
Experience with HEX or Retool for dashboards.
Hands-on with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
Experience supporting Customer Support or Sales Engineering teams.
