TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Data Analyst to convert sales, revenue, and margin data into dashboards and executive reports. You will own the team’s automations and maintain the payments platform configuration.

Responsibilities include monthly sales reporting, rep attribution hygiene, and building pivot-ready datasets with Excel, Power Query, and Google Sheets. Hybrid work is available for eligible positions.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a data analyst role with dashboards and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros/VBA, complex formulas.
• Experience with Power Query, Google Sheets, and data automation.

Aufgaben

• Own existing automations that report team stats.
• Route escalations and manage metadata attribution.
• Manage monthly payments account maintenance and configuration.
• Flag anomalies affecting billing or margin.
• Maintain and extend automations as needs evolve.
• Build repeatable workflows to extract cost, interchange, and margin insights from raw statements.
