Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Specialist Commercial Compliance in the United States to analyze data and coach teams on compliance. You will monitor ABS, Samples, and Peer-to-Peer data, report trends, and partner with Commercial, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills and experience supporting audits, with a proactive, self-starting approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience in pharma or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and coordinate with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and US Commercial policies and procedures.
• Collect, compile, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources for review by management.
• Lead monitoring of trends and present recommendations to partners.
• Identify compliance issues and develop training to change behavior across US Commercial.
• Assist in audit support and remediation follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance controls.
