Job summary

FICO is seeking an entry‑level analyst to perform analytic audits across B2B and B2C platforms, applying data-driven methods to assess models, data and controls. You will work with senior team members to test hypotheses, document findings, and report results to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

The role emphasizes investigative thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration with engineering, product, and legal teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (data science, statistics, computer science, applied math, economics, or related quantitative discipline).
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, analytics, quantitative research, or a related technical role, with preferred exposure to compliance analytics, evaluating risks, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytic audits—data-driven reviews of B2B analytic products and B2C platforms—evaluating models, data, and processes under senior guidance.
• Apply investigative, hypothesis-driven approach to compliance monitoring and periodic testing; dig into data and validate with evidence.
• Analyze samples of data, transactions, or system outputs to test controls; document methodology and findings for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Build knowledge of FICO’s product lifecycle, data ecosystems, and controls across B2B and B2C; partner with engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Track open findings through resolution; escalate as needed and contribute to management reporting on compliance program performance.
• Stay current on state/federal regulations and data privacy practices and translate them into technical and analytic requirements.
