Talentify is seeking a Compliance Operations professional to monitor and analyze financial transactions, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and internal policies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Proficient PC software (Microsoft) and various database applications (Lotus Notes/Web applications).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Leadership ability, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in depth knowledge and understanding of all key compliance state and federal laws and regulations as well as corporate policies and procedures.
• Provide support for monitoring, documenting and providing recommendations on compliance of operations and procedures.
• Performs monitoring tasks including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing, evidence, and documenting processes and procedures.
• Compile and analyze affiliate information to monitor transactions and reconcile figures with supporting documentation.
• Ensure monitoring procedures and activities are carried out and documented per SOPs and policies.
• Review and analyze appropriate documents and evidence.
• Document and evaluate company processes according to monitoring procedures.
• Maintain tracking and distribution of controlled documentation.
• Complete monitoring of compliance training processes and communicate gaps timely.
• Generate monthly cash disbursements file to classify transactions per Sunshine Act/CIA guidelines.
• Coordinate back-up requests with AP and TPV processes.
• Coordinate monthly TPV data receipt and manage TPV processes.
• Communicate with MEI or selected vendor and PPD regarding TPV data and issues.
• Monthly data entry of reportable transactions into EM from various sources.
• Populate and load Aggregate Spend Collection form into EM.
• Investigate and correct pending errors in EM.
• Attend meetings and conference calls as needed.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations (excluding CTE items).
• Work with Financial Compliance Team on data reviews and corrections.
• Maintain communication with Sales/Commercial and OEC areas, Corporate OEC and Area Finance.
• Support other team members as necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Support management in strategic initiatives and teams.
