Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM (data science, statistics, computer science, applied math, economics)
• Experience in data analysis or analytics; preferred in compliance analytics
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
• Investigative mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform analytic audits of B2B and B2C platforms, evaluating models, data, and controls.
• Apply investigative, hypothesis-driven approach to compliance monitoring.
• Analyze samples to test controls; document methodology and findings.
• Build knowledge of product development lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, product, data science teams.
• Track findings through resolution and assist management reporting.
• Stay current on state/federal regulations and data privacy; coordinate with Legal.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines across multiple reviews.
