A leading healthcare consultancy is seeking a Data Analyst II to support client delivery through data analysis and readiness tools. The candidate will work in a dynamic remote environment with some travel to client sites, focusing on analytics that drive operational decisions in healthcare IT. Successful applicants will hold at least a Bachelor's degree, with significant experience in data analysis, specifically in health IT settings.

The Data Analyst II will directly support client delivery with a focus on demonstrating value and impact delivered.This role supports deployment and analysis for the PARATUS system, with a focus on profiling data interpretation, fleet readiness analytics, and development of readiness tools. The Data Analyst II will apply analytical skills and tools to structure, validate, and integrate data for operational decision-making in a healthcare IT environment.

Work Location/Travel:Remote with up to 25% travel to client sites including Navy installations; relocation not required
Salary Range:$90,000-$115,000 annually (W2, based on education, experience, and geographic location)

Responsibilities:
Supports deployment of the PARATUS readiness system
Conducts data profiling and interprets readiness analytics
Develops structured data sets for analysis and reporting
Validates data integrity and ensures consistency across sources
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and integrate analytics tools
Provides insights and visualizations that inform operational readiness
Supports analytic tool enhancement and process automation for health data systems
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of data profiling, structuring, and validation methods
Familiarity with fleet or operational readiness platforms and assessments
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Education/Certification Required:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Preferred: Master's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or similar field
Experience Required:
6 to 12 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Experience working with large datasets in health IT or readiness environments
Background in supporting system deployments and integration preferred
Technical Skills Required:
Strong proficiency with SQL for data querying and transformation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Understanding of health data privacy and governance requirements
Desirable (Not Required) Skills/Experience:
Experience with PARATUS or similar readiness analytics tools
Familiarity with Navy or Department of Defense data systems
