Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Data Analyst I to support document processing, scanning, indexing, routing, and QA within our land services operations in Spring, TX. The role emphasizes accurate management of physical and digital records and requires strong administrative, data handling, and document control skills.

Under moderate supervision, you will handle clerical tasks, use MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and assist land teams with ECM tasks, ensuring timely processing and confidentiality of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of clerical or general office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• In-depth knowledge of land data types.
• Ability to search internal and external databases to identify legacy data and records not yet uploaded to an enterprise content management system.
• Familiarity with regulatory agency databases, DrillingInfo, and county digital record sites.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills with the ability to share clear, accurate, and concise information.
• Ability to identify process improvements and procedural changes to support business needs.
