This role produces reports and briefings and offers recommendations to help stakeholders make informed decisions about human capital, while identifying trends in HR data that translate into actionable guidance.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may satisfy the requirement, such as 24 semester hours (or 36 quarter hours) in eligible fields plus relevant experience applying analytical tools and algorithms.
