Job summary

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency seeks a Data Analyst (HR Analytics) in Springfield, VA to blend HR insights with broader business analytics and produce reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting statistical data to identify innovative solutions, trends, or relationships among variables that could influence research outcomes, including AI solutions.

Education

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may satisfy the requirement, such as 24 semester hours (or 36 quarter hours) in eligible fields plus relevant experience applying analytical tools and algorithms.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret with access to SCI; includes a counterintelligence polygraph and periodic drug testing.
