Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize an hourly-level monitoring system for 3PL production performance.
• Develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks (Missing, Damage, Wrong orders).
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
• Leverage historical data to identify network-level risks and develop readiness plans for peak seasons.
• Participate in SOP design for new processes and system launches.
• Support the development of the Control Tower system with proactive alert mechanisms.
