Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Data Analyst to support the United States Attorney's Office mission. You will gather and analyze information from multiple sources, ensure data completeness, and maintain case files with timely updates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases is required.

Preference given to candidates with an interest in the legal field and prior asset forfeiture or related experience. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a government setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred for advancement.
• Experience in asset forfeiture or law enforcement-related data work is a plus.
• Strong data entry, detail orientation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
• Ensures completeness of information and reconciles inconsistencies.
• Enters data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets accurately.
• Maintains case files and tracks status to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepares documents, reports, and summaries from various sources.
